About

 I was born in Seattle and live and work on Camano Island.

My work is influenced by studying with many well-known artists such as Skip Lawrence, Peggy Zehring and Alex Powers. I also visit galleries on a regular basis and read books and articles pertaining to art.

2019 2020 The Jansen Center in Lynden, WA. has juried in my Geometric paintings during  their Winter Exhibition opening December 5 through February 28th. www.jansencenter.org

2019 The River Gallery Fall Show, Mt. Vernon, WA exhibited my paintings in the months of September and October. www.rivergallerywa.com.

2019 During the month of September I was asked to show several of my paintings in "Dive In" at the Hadrian Gallery, Edison, WA.

2019  I  was juried into "Schack-Toberfest", in the fine art exhibition during September at the Schack Art Center, Everett. WA. www.schack.org.

2018 Visual Art scholarship to Gage Academy of Art, Seattle

2016-2018 Received awards for best Acrylic paintings at The Guilded Gallery, Stanwood
